Default Huge favor need. Comptech receipt.

can you just scan and email me a copy of it.

Read here for reasons why, I feel really bad for this guy and am trying to help.

Here is the deal, I sold a comptech supercharger to someone in california.

The supercharger was shipped through UPS. 3000 insured since that is what he paid.
The UPS driver did not accept a signature, yet dropped off a 65 pound 3000 dollar package to the guys front door. When the buyer got home there was nothing in front of his house. UPS says its their discretion whether or not to has someone sign. Even though I paid for sig confirmation, they still dont care. So in order to get this guys money refunded I need a reciept or invoice on original purchase. The paypal receipt wont fly, I need a real one. I bought the kit used and this guy bought the kit used from me.

SO MY QUESTION IS....

Does anyone have an original invoice on the comptech supercharger that they could scan and send to me.

The buyer and I would much appreciate it.

O yeah BTW screw you UPS.

thats a toughy.....
but you have a binding contract with UPS if you paid for "sig drop off" unless it states in a disclamier that if the driver feels fit to leave it there....

also the buyer may try to be pulling a fast one on you and stating he/she never got it....

Could be, but who am I to judge a guy that lives 3000 miles away

They dropped it off at 1pm and he said he got home from work around 530 and it was gone.

also the buyer may try to be pulling a fast one on you and stating he/she never got it.... </TD></TR></TABLE>

There might still be a way to get your original invoice. What all have you tried with Comptech even though they closed down...
