Default headers

does anyone know any info on Pro-1 ITR Headers? I am kinda intrested in buyin it any help would be greatly appreciated here is a pic of it

hey if you get this header you will need to cut out the crossmember or get the innovative front cross member you can get it from tom at camp 1320 his number 818-718-9352 tell him wilbur set you i have it in my car it cleared it perfect

If its the one we installed on this car, which I believe it is. Its a nice header, to fit in an ef you will have to cut your crossmember, and probably get you exhaust to match up to it.

would I expect any performance gains fom this header? and I already fot a 2.5 inch exhaust system

depends what kind of header you have on it now...i mean, every header will give you 4-12 hp depending on your exhaust setup etc.

if its a stock header for whatever motor you have in now, yes you will gain from 4-12 ... depending on exhaust

I got a 2.5 mondrel bent with magna highflo cat and a magnaflow muffler. right now I am building a motor b20vtec and I dont wanna use my b16 stock headers

Header, note the lacking of the S. You dont have a 350.

thats why I am also lookin for other headers
but one thing that concerns me is the header has at dent on the elbo underneath.
my b16 has alot of clearence cus the down pipe is custom made

that why I am looking at other headers but I am not worried cuz my down pipe is costome made and has alot of clearence between the piping and oil pan. plus the Pro1 ITR header has a dent on the elbo underneath would that be a major problem for me?
