Default Cat bolts rusted on

Tried breaking the bolts loose on the cat to install a new header and they've got a large amount of rust on them. I tried using a 13mm socket and it's too small, however a 14mm seems like it has a lot of play.

I suppose they're rusted so much that they're between sizes. Are they supposed to be 13mm on a '92 H23?

I think that's what I might have to do. I was hoping that was going to be my last resort. But I ended up rounding one off anyway, it's obviously not 14mm lol.

They're 7 bucks a piece from Honda, so I didn't want to have to replace them. I should be able to use some bolts from Home Depot though right? They're just gonna rust again anyway.

use a standard socket, they are usually right inbetween mm sizes,u might be able to fit a 5/8 on there or something.Or sombody could have replaced the original bolts with a standard size.

Thanks, but 5/8 is too big. I think a 17/32 socket might work, but I can't find one and it's pretty late now. I'm just going to cut them off and replace them with some bolts from a hardware store.

Hopefully that works out.
