Did u align the clutch plate with the pilot bearing?

Is the throwout bearing installed correctly and able to move freely?

Check those, if they're fine, just keep trying. U may want to try rocking it up and down if you havent already.

there is no pilot bearing... just flywheel.....and the throwout bearing is installed correctly... im thinking about just having someone drop the tranny on my chest and i pick it up on my back and try to align it...

There should be a pilot bearing inside the center of the flywheel. That is what holds up that end of the input shaft. If it's not there, then get one and install it. Most places usually include that with the clutch kit, along with the black plastic pressure disk alignment tool. If you bought some no-name ebay kit well u got what u paid for

no im saying that there is no pilot bearing mounted in the flywheel when i took it off... i was surprised to see that there was none because i know they usually come with one. but when i took it out from the car there was no pilot bearing.. just a flywheel and a hole in the middle.

Get one, throw it in, and try again. I can say with good certainty that this is yoru problem. Without the pilot bearing your clutch alignment tool is useless, leaving you with a misaligned clutch.

i dont need the pilot bearing... i got the tranny in and everything is installed and i took the car out for a test drive about an hour ago and everything is fine... no leaks.... shifts smooth.. downshifts smooth. goes into all gears... no chatter or noise....at all where i had clutch noise from the throwout bearing shaft being dry.

Agree with Janos - you are going to redo the work again without the pilot bearing. The pilot bearing keeps the tranny clutch shaft centered. Without it the tranny clutch shaft moves slightly as you drive and shift. Your will wear out your clutch sooner than you should.
