Default 1.5 inch Tein S-Tech Drop (pictures inside)

So I changed my springs to Tein S-Techs the 1.5 inch drop ones. It rides great, no different than stock.

yea i still have stock shocks and no i didn't get an alignment, I need new inner tie rod ends so theres no point until I replace those plus i have old michelins on it that dont have that much life left in them so I'm gonna wait till everything else gets done. But it rides exactly like it use to even on the stock shocks.

I'm thinking about going with some tokico blues to tighten up the ride a little bit, even with just the springs though I gained about 5 mph on turns that I really use to push it on

</TD></TR></TABLE> let me know how it rides after you put the tokico blues on it because those were the shocks i'm considering on buying, i want the ride to get stiffer too and more responsive and i'm hoping that those will do it, just let me know once its done. thanks

I've had S-techs with tokico blues before and they are a very suitable for spirited street driving along with a comfy ride.

you know that's like stock. right?

if you really want to hit corners, get some better wheels and rubber. that'll make a huge difference over some cheap spring/strut combo.

it'll probably be another couple weeks before i get the car rolling again, i got a vacation coming up and i gotta get it insured and new plates... my commute to work is 30 miles each way, that's why i chose a close to stock setup and it was kinda cheap

looks like a nice clean drop! and like streetwerkz said, its way better to get some wheels/tires, my buddy put on 15's and its a world of a diff... just be sure to match up with some new tires... its amazing ride and you get way better handling.

Wider wheels might help, not necessarily bigger wheels. Lighter weight wheels also help but honestly I doubt you can find anything much lighter than those HX wheels for a decent price. Better tires well...thats a no brainer.

and narrow as ****. like 5 inches wide, 13 inch diameter. not nearly a performance wheel at all.

buy some cheap buddy clubs with azenis or even rotas. theyre light, cheap, look good, and will help the car handle a million times better.
