I got 3 thats in the engine bay, the top one behind the door, one from the bumper to fender. The only one I can't figure out is the one on the very bottom, I think thats the last one holding it on.

How do I get to that bolt and is there anything else?

 

hold the door open and get it with an extension and socket 10mm. that is the last one

I tried it last week but I remember something being in the way to fit the socket in. I think it was the sideskirt?

 

You have to take the sideskirt off to get the bottom two bolts. The sideskirts come off pretty easily if you use a hammer to tap from the back to the front. Be sure to take the plastic screws out of the bottom of the sideskirt first. There should also be one bolt from the fender to the headlight.
