Default h23 timing question

im trying to time my h23 and i set everything tdc and ive been handturning the crank to see if im hitting the pistons to the valve. My cam shafts are about 45 degress away from making a full turn around. any idea on how to get that lat 45 degrees.

Your timing belt is on, you haven't messed with cam gears or the crank gear, and your cams don't make it fully around? WTF?!?!?

did you build it or do cams or something?

if not your timing is just off.

What are you doing?! If the cams are hitting the valves (how do you know anyway), then you have a serious problem and you don't need to turn the engine over by hand.

Take the belt off and redo the timing until you get it right.
