Default Please Help Me

I started my car last week and I had a very bad hesitation between 1-3k rpms. So I drove it and whenever I would pop into Vtec my car would hesitate like crazy. I checked my codes and I was throwing my MAP code and my IAT code. I replaced my map first and everything was still jacked, so I replace the IAT and unplugged the battery. Plugged everything up, start my car, and I still have the same hesitation so I turned my car off and I managed to burn the end of my IAT sesor and fry my ecu. What do you think could be the cause of this?
I have already changed my fuel filter, new cap, and new spark plugs. Thanks.
BTW: Its a b16a2

You did not reset the ECU correctly if you are still getting hesitation with a new MAP and IAT. IAT is an utterly useless Piece IMHO, i let mine just dangle down, from everything ive ever worked on, it has never affected anything performance-wise, at all, ever.

Unplug the battery for 5 minutes, make sure everythigns plugged in correctly, always double check.

I'll try that but do you think that if it wasnt reset correctly that could really burn my IAT sensor and fry my ecu?
