header clearance problem

i have a 90 civic and i have a b series i cut like some of that black crossmember 2 clear it will that mess my car up im not sure if i made a big mistake or not plz help

No it will not mess if up however you will want to weld it back up please search this or look in the FAQ this has been done by several 100 people to get the header to clear.
