What's amazing, or maybe not really, is how clueless the vehicles he comes up on are.

you know I laughed but it's childish. Lots of people were like yeah man the guy deserved it. Well wtf... you never see a car chase where they ram the guy's car after he's surrendered and out of the car.

How do we even know that it was a chase in the first place. When the cruisers arrived on the scene, the motorcop already had the suspect down and ready to be cuffed.

The suspect's bike was pulled all the way to the right and on its side stand - hardly a "cut and run" type situation.

The cop at the ends mentions the felony evasion and how he wont be just getting a ticket anymore.

I'm not going to lie, I laughed.

Then again, I have no respect for people who run from cops *shrug*

Regardless of feelings, the officer shouldn't have pushed the bike over since the rider was not attempting to get back on and ride. Destruction of property for absolutely no reason what so ever.

To the rider for running, I hope they learned their lesson.

All of them were big dicks, he would have been better off running as long as possible.

To be honest also. If the guys on the bikes blew by the cops at 140+mph it really isnt eluding if you are well past the officer and cant really see thier lights right?

lol for some reason I doubt that would hold up in court.

"I'm sorry Judge, I couldn't tell that he was trying to pull me over because I was doing 140mph!"

Well I am thinking semi logically here.

I mean ok lets use an example. If I pass a cop going 140+(I am assuming a high rate of speed on a light traffic high way) by the time they passes the cop and he actually clocked them and he lifted his lazy *** arm to put the car is drive the bike was probable well past gone.

And for the record I am not a cop basher or atleast try not to be. My brother was a cop and I also thought about going into the field. I just have an issue with 90% of them in my area that would rather pull a few people over then actually fight crime. Some are very nice though and I have gotten my fair share of breaks from some and am thankful for other that have helped me when in need. I just wanted to get that out there before someone tries to flame me for saying they should have kept running.

+1

we need them but there are too many that are just dicks!

my first bike was a 03' Kawasaki KLX-400 note how it looks just like a Suzuki DRZ-400 cuz it is made by suzuki. its the same bike...

so im down in Fontana, CA on my way back home to Big Bear when i get stopped. as im pulling over im trying to figure out why im getting pulled over. i know i was doing a good 5 or 7 mph under the speed limit, i just pulled out of a stop light with cars in front of me... so this is my first bike i didnt know that when you get pulled over, cops get pissed if you get off the bike. so i swing my leg over and start reaching for my wallet making sure he can see what im doing. he starts yelling at me with his hand on his gun "Get the F**K on the ground!" so face down on the side of the road he starts asking me why i have a stolen bike. i try to explain to him that its not stolen i have my registration in my wallet. after a few min of this he finally look at my vin/registration/license etc and confirms that indeed the bike was mine and legal. he lets me off with a $10 fix it ticket for not having a rear fender. me not knowing at the time took the ticket for a 1.5 hour ride home. i paid it cuz it would have been too much trouble to drive back and go to court for $10

:::CLIFF NOTES:::

-i got pulled over and accused of having a stolen bike cuz it was green.
-i got placed face down
-i got a $10 fix it ticket for not having a rear fender...

I love the part where the cop in the video car hauls *** everywhere, mumbling for traffic to move over. The best part is when he gets to the overpass and says, "Here comes the tricky part." and gets completely off the gas to ease it though the bend. As soon as the road straightens out, he floors it again!

like most people, i feel that if he is stupid enough to try to get away from them he deserves whatever he gets.now he will most likely lose his bike, license or both and it sure beats the heck out of catching a first class beat down from an adrenaline crazed donut eater!
