I am not sure if it is the same but I would image that it might be.

I had to swap A/C brackets with the Del Sol Vtec one to make my A/C work in my 00 Hatch with a B16 in it.

You might check that out.

If youre using your stock D compressor:
go with a crv p7j (this only works on b18/b20s) = much cheaper than the p54 del sol
the em1 bracket will not work

huh no...the P7J is identical to that of the P54 (delsol DOHC VTEC). it will work on any b-series motor that has been swapped into a civic and the SOHC compressor will be used.

actually, for some reason, the P7J is a couple of bucks cheaper than the P54.

I have a P7J bracket for sale if anyone needs it. Bought new from Honda about 6 months ago. Only bolted it to the block, no compressor has ever been bolted to it. PM me with offers.

From what I have read, the p7j has clearance issues with b16 blocks.
There was a huge rumor that it coudlnt be used at all, along with PS, with anything other than b20...until recently.

i'm currently running the P7J on my B16A, and yes i have P/S. never had a clearance issue. runs good all day, 1.5 years strong!
