Also if it's a respray I bet the owner knows it's not the original paint and the sticker code would be wrong.
A lot of re-painted cars (especially cheap econoboxes) don't have painted door jams/engine bay. It's a good bit more money.
Besides, I doubt it's repainted just from the op's text.
