Default which motor mount insert?

I've been looking around and can't decide wether to get the ES or Prothane motor mount inserts. Which one produces LESS vibration? If I don't like them I could always buy replacements

It's kinda hard to shift on high RPMs maybe due to too much vibration.

if you are bitching about vibration do not fill or get motor mounts just keep it stock, why would you want motor mounts? sounds like you dont ever race there fore no real value to you

Ei chill out

one of my motor mounts must be shot since I hear a *thug* sound when I shift on high RPMs and i'm checking it when I get back to school. I might as well replace it but I wont be able to get those inserts when I get back to school (diff. country).

As of matter of fact I'm planning on going to the track over there after I get bolt ons that is. My car is not as fast enough as my DSM yet

if you think the mount is broken then just replace the mount. dont go with inserts, unless you want the vibration
