since it's salvage and i don't like the lip. You can take out the wheels too. I'd offer 2k, since i picked up one recently for 2.5k 220kmiles non salvage.

more than 100k more miles than what's on this car... it's expected you would buy it for 2.5k. it's also stated on the last few lines... Taking offer right now ... plz no lowballing
