hey guys i have a 93 civic with the d15b7 i pulled the motor and am rebuilding it.the problem is before i pulled it all it would do is crank.you can hear the fuel pump kick on and everything.you can smell the gas.i cleaned the plugs.they were completely black.it is getting spark i checked that.then there is times i would get in it and it would start right up.i dont know if it has anything to do with it but my computer says v tec on it.im not sure if it is the v tec computer i didnt run the numbers yet.but i have a good idea it might be fuel regulater.could that be?
