Default if i change calipers do i have to take it in to have abs reset?

now that you guys have enlightened me about the v-tech calipers how much of a pain is it to change them?
will the calipers and rotors bolt on with no prob?
or do i need to change the mounts?
will i need to have my abs reset at a dealer or can i just change them bleed them out and all be fine?
where is a good place to get the v-tech calipers?
new ones......
i am not comfortable to buy used ones
thanx in advance
