Do you have the stock brakes on your HB? Can you measure the rotors you ordered and then measure the ones you have? Possible they sent you different ones?

Not necessarily because all Civic EXs have 10.25" rotors. If your car isn't an EX or EX ABS, then the brakes you have on your car were put on by somebody else.

Re: civic front rotors w/abs and w/o abs..different sizes?? (BlueIntegraBoy)
ok..so i have a 96 civic DX hatchback with rear disc conversions. i THOUGHT that the guy that i bought the car from only changed out the rears. so..either i DO have abs on the car (which doesnt work) or he switched out the rears and fronts from a civic ex?

The previous owner of your car got brakes from a Civic EX, Civic Si (EM1), or better yet Integra. Either way, your car does not come with ABS.
However, when you order pads, you'll need to know if you have Civic EX or Integra brakes. A good indication is to look on the knuckle and look for two holes. The two holes indicate that it is from an ABS car (ABS sensor), and you'll need to order pads for an Integra. Also, when you change the rotors, look for the ABS gear.
