I did do a search for the accords fourms. I found some useful information. Even a guy that seems to have the same problem with his, but it never got answered.

I live in tx, so i kinda want A/C. Sense i have bought the car 2 years ago it has never worked, i looked at the compressor and noticed the wire that goes to the plug (i bleive its one green covered wire) was broken, so i attempted to connect it back, and it worked , you can hear the compressor kick on when i click the a/c button, however when i bought the refilling a/c stuff with a gauge it reads 75 psi which means problem with something else other then low refrigerant. I been thinking mabey just a bad compressor, but it does kick on and off normally when i click the A/C button, could it still be a bad compressor? should i find one at a pick a part place or order one just to see.

Naming any other problems for me would be helpful. I would just think it didnt work b.c the wire was cut, but who knows. I bought it from a girl so im pretty sure the A/C was used reg. until that wire got cut by the belt.

ps. no fuses blown and both fans come on

 

evacuate the charge and recharge the system it may be overcharged
