98 GSR main shaft bearing questions
I posted this in in the Integra section but did not get too many bites

After my transmission started having major problems I picked up a used GSR transmission and installed it 2 weeks ago, and to my bad luck continues if anyone has experience with transmissions can you confirm that this noise is the main shaft bearing?
http://www.tdma.ca/gsr/1.avi <-- sorry about the poor video.
Just some info on this, I installed a new clutch and replaced the throwout bearing and the flywheel bearing also. When I have the clutch pressed to the floor the noise stops, as soon as I release the clutch the noise starts, the noise gets more high pitched when I rev the engine, but as soon as I press the clutch again the noise stops. I took it for a quick test drive, all the gears go in with no problems, clutch grips nice and strong, the only problem is that noise. I'm 90% sure its the main shaft bearing. I dropped the transmission 2 days ago and opened it up last night, the main shaft bearing looks ok, but when I spin it in my hands it feels like it has sand in it, any other way to test the bearing? And my last question, should I be replacing any other parts when I have it all apart? Differential bearings?
Thanks
