Default Grinding noises!

I own a 94 integra ls 5speed.
The problem i am having is this
As soon as i turn my vehicle on i hear a grinding noise coming from middle of the engine/ transmission area, hard to pinpoint.
Now when i press the clutch in the noise goes away.
*Additional details*- The noise does not go away until i press the clutch in 8/10 of the way in So the grinding noise is constant from 1-8/10 as i slowly press the clutch in. The noise does not change at all during me pressing the clutch in.
This seems to be a transmission issue i believe but i am new to car repairs/ diagnostics so is why i need your feedback.
Is this a bearing, clutch plate, loose clutch, any information would help, thanks!
If you need more info please ask!
I also have a video of the noise if you would like it but unsure on how to upload it on here.
