Default reving

ok so i just installed my motor into my car a d16a6 then when i started it the motor stayed reved to 2k rpm and thats how it stays it doesnt rev normal so then i checked for vaccum leaks but none so then i cover the throttle body to see if motor dies and it didnt the rev just went down a little what could be

so its a vaccum leak then right i thought it probably be a bad sensor could a bad sensor cause something like that

Just spray and find it. My guess is probably the IM to head has the old gasket pieces still and is not letting the new gasket fully seal.

maybe it could be the intake manifold gasket im going to check it to see if that was it
