car: 2002 civic sedan LX AUTO

I think my car has gone into Limp mode. the D light is flashing, the check engine light went on, and i think it is stuck in 4th gear. i have to floor it to get the car moving, and even then, it barly moves, once at 3o or 40 km/h it starts to go.

also, when i shift (from P ot R to D) the engine kind of jolts.


Is my transmission screwed ?

Also does anyoen know what the steps are to turn Limp Mode off
