hey guys i just swapped my b16a2 back into my em1. The motor has been sitting for three years. When i get on it feels sluggish. It revs up to 8000 and no cel appears. It's just i can't hear vtec or feel engagement. Is the cel suppose to appear if vtec can't engage?

did you change ur oil? and what viscosity do you use?
