Default need help with my bike???

hey guys need some little help here if you guys can think of something? well i finish putting together all my parts for my bike after repainting all my fairings and gas tank then when i get it to start i have a little problem. the thing is that it starts up and run, but my low fuel light keeps lighting up even though i put in a full tank of gas. but when the low fuel light comes on it'll come on three times then stop then couple second it comes back three times and then stop. but i can't figure out why. i double check all the plugs for the fuel pump and everything and they're right. so i decide to come here first for any suggestion before i take it to the shop... oh and my bike is an 05 R1...any help please...

Check the connectors on your fuel pump again to see if any of them are touching. I know on my F4i to test the low fuel light you jump the center wire (there are three) to the left side wire. It's a possibility. *shrug*

Yamaha uses Mitsubishi electronics [/thread]

That sounds like a CEL to me. Those bike have issues with the throttle position sensor.
