Okay searched and came up with this to be able to remove this valve i need to remove the EGR on the Intake manifold?, and i can only remove them if i have a chipped P28?
Can i remove the Plastic valve next to the Cruise control with out removing the EGR valve on the Intake Manifold? I currently have a stock P13 ECU?

Get an egr block off plate...block off the egr and tear out the solenoid...I did it and only sometimes got a CEL. If not...take it out and spray it flat black...if not...don't cry about it

sorry one more question, with a stock p13 ecu does the car run shitty when EGR valve and solenoid is removed?? and is there any performance upgrades or is it purely cosmetic to make the Engine bay look cleaner? The CEL doesn't come on if i get a p28 crome chpped Ecu right?
Sorry about all the noob questions

the car will not run shitty with the p13, it might not be quite as fuel efficient, but it will keep your manifold a little cleaner inside
