Default D16Z6 OBD 1 head go on a SOHC ZC OBD 0

there is a z6 head for sale right now and it is about $100.00. My question is there any difference between obd 0 heads and obd1 heads that would hinder me from putting it on my sohc zc. Another question is that a good deal for a z6 head with about 100,000 miles on it. And will this even make much of a difference on my motor which has stock intake and a dc header.
One more thing, i would want to maybe just put a vtec controller and just keep my pm6 ecu. How much on average do these run?
Thanks for any help
