Default little help turbo guru's

before anything else my problem does not happen all the time. in full throttle, sometimes my car goes out in smooth sailng but sometimes this problem occur, here goes-

lately when i give it all out in full throttle, when i reach 6k-7k rpm in 2nd gear with 7psi(max) of boost, i shift in 3rd gear(naturaly pressing on the clutch, gas, and then release clutch) then the problem occurs, i step on the gas and its like breaking down and there is like a boiling sound and it wont give power and as i look at my rearview mirror im letting out white smoke. but after a few seconds(like just about 3-4 sec playing with the gas pedal) i step on it then everything is ok again. sometimes this also happens in shifting between 3rd to 4th.

what could be causing this? im using a stock fuel pump(im not making that too much power anyways just near below 200 whp), bkr7e-11 and gapped it at around .032', 450 dms inj. any help will be appreciated. thanks in advance guys
