d16z6 issue

At Idle the car dosn't knock but 1500 rpm + it makes a knocking noise.

I did a compression test and its 150 in all 4 cylinders.

Any idea's? - NO CEL Codes.

When was the last time this car had a timing belt change or tune up? Plugs? Check your plug/dizzy wires? Bad gas?

just did turn up and i put 91 octane in it lastnight plugs and wires are new timing belt i have no idea.

I just did an oil change and now its burning oil so I might scrap it or just let it blow up
