Default quick stupid question

i have a quick question for someone. tongith iw as at our local meeting spot, and was told somthing i dotn belive. i guy is driving a 89 civic 4 door with a stock dual point injected d15b1. he popped his hood only a short ram intake and a muffler. he has a nitrous system installed on it, and he said he is running a 100 shot. he was spraying on everyone he raced and was letting people see the bottle and engine. i just dont see how he is running a 100 shot on a completely stock dual point d15b1. he raced without it and the car was really slow then with it it was quick. can he be running a 100 shot on a completely stock dual point like that? because i didnt think it could handle it. he sprays it every friday saturday and sunday, and i just dotn see how his engin dont blow. does anyone have any comments

Is it a wet or dry set up? Give it time, the motor will eventually let go. Maybe he's already blown a motor or two.

not exactly sure i didnt get good look but i think its a dry, but i will know for sure tomorrow. when i go to the meet ill look hard to see if it is wet or dry. so whats the safest shot to run on a stock internal engine with 1500 miles on it i have a b18a1 newly rebuilt with nitrous and im running a dry kit. the guy i got it from says the jet is a 80 shot. i trhought it was 50 but he now tells me its an 80. i ran it on my car before gettign this new engine, but havent ran it since new engine was installed. can i run the 80 safely or do i need to drop down to 50?

How much money is he winning every week?

Maybe he blows that motor every single week, replaces it with the winnings, and comes back. As long as he's still making money off the D15 he's doin' good.

you can probably stick with the 80 but if you want to be safer go with the 50 shot
