98 accord ex 4cyl. Can't seem to get ign to fire. If I crank it & crank it(the starter is fine) it will start and run great forever, shut it of and it doesn't want to start. It has good fuel pressure. Have changed coil, icm, dist, plugs & wires, has new cap & rotor.and the main relay is newer,less than a year. The sensers behind the botttom pulley check good on ohms & aren't grounding out. Gets volts to coil with key on and when cranking. i dont know what else to do, HELP !!!!!

The electrical part of the ignition switch may be cutting in and out.

The safety interlock for the transmission?

The main starter relay acting up?

Worn out starter?

 

after you crank it and crank it pull out the spark plugs and look for flooded condition. wet plug.
any codes stored?
Try holding 1/2 throttle to see if it makes a difference

 

Holding throttle open seems to make it to rich, you can smell gas bad , plugs don't seem to be fouled- no codes are stored
