Hey how old are the tires? On the muffler I would say do the entire exhaust, or possibly first get a cold air intake. Intake<200 exhaust<600 (before installation).

first off, welcome.

second do whatever you want to your car and don't let other peoples opionions make your decisions for you. but like was said if you're going to do a muffler you should probably do the entire exhaust, and as for rims, a nice set of tires usually complements things rather nicely.

i'm not sure if you have an 06 lx, but try http://www.optionsauto.com. they've always been good to me and have a pretty large selection. i also like them cuz in socal where i live. on everything i've orderd from them the shipping is 24 hours lol.

I'm a newb myself, but as I understand it. The cold air intake is just to reposition your intake closer to the ground or away from the engine, so that the air going into the engine is colder compare to stock intake. With colder air, you are supposed to get a better combustion. Some people say it will improve fuel efficiency a little bit, and it also give you some extra horsepower.

For rims go here, and see which one you like. I'd go with HFP rims personally, just because they look nice.
