i have those on my other civic sedan, they are just overlays they are not indiglo the numbers are the only part that shine (a red/amber color) and a ring of light around each gauge
theyre from 2001-2002 and they are very rare because they didnt sell as well as the indiglos and they come from pilot motorsports

thank you, thats the answer i was looking for. lol i knew they were overlay and not some uber rare parts, but rather courious on what brand over lay they were.
