I have a headliner from an eg 92-95 Honda Civic. (Mint)
Came off a 95 Civic Ex w/ sunroof but will fit any Eg 92-95 civic with sunroof, I believe!

yes its grey and im 90% sure it will fit, if you have a sunroof.
