Clutch Problem... any suggestions?
I took my R in for her 90K on Thursday. They also replaced my clutch master cylinder because it leaked.
I drove her home and noticed that the clutch engagement/disengagement point was really high... like maybe 1-2 inches after the pedal is pressed. It used to be near the bottom of the clutch travel.
I didn't think anything of it... but earlier tonight I started up the car. It won't go into ANY gear w/the clutch depressed. And if I press it all the way down, I can hear scraping sounds.
Will just adjusting the clutch pedal fix this? I had a similar issue w/the scraping sound w/the clutch all the way in... and I just adjusted the pedal. However, I was still able to shift into gears while it did that.
This time, I cannot. Now I cant shift into any gears and get that scraping/grinding noise w/the clutch fully depressed...
Any suggestions??? The shop is closed till Monday =/
