not local but i will meet half way , got a 94 b16 head $600 or talk to infamousrrh hes got everything and i will bring it up for you tell him justin sent you!

I have a complete B16A head with cams for $550. I also have a ported B16A head with type R valves and springs and has all new seals and a 3 angle valve job $750.
