My civic recently started having problems with the a/c. When the car is moving at speed the a/c works perfectly, however, when I stop at a red light it blows hot. When stopped at the light it repeatedly makes a clicking sound with a corresponding idle surge and then the air is hot. Any suggestions? It is too hot in FL for the a/c to be out.
