mine fits fine with a koyo double-thick full size. radiator clearance isn't a problem. but i did have to sell my jimfab crossmember and get an ESP one that hangs lower and further forward.

no problem clearing the radiator...

i actually was able to make mine work with the stock crossmember, but it took quite a bit of work...

however i warn you, the way these engines sit in the EF chassis, if your car is lowered, you will have no practical ground clearance...i put a dent in mine while i was driving and i went over a small bump in the road and bottomed out the header on the concrete...in my eg ive ran into no ground clearance problems yet

as you can see the radiator clearance is more than enough, but look how much i needed to remove from the crossmember....
i wouldnt advise doing what i did unless you weld in indented plates where you cut or else that thing is gonna bend or break....you need a traction bar to clear this header for sure....i dont have a pic saved of the ground clearance but i remember posting it in a thread once, let me see if i can find it

if your car is slammed then your going to have like 2in. max clearance. my ef is lowered 2.25 front, about 1in wheel gap on 14s and i have 5.5in. of clearance with stock b16 header. i know ill have plenty when i get a crossmember and a 4to1 header.

yeah you keep thinking that and well see what happens when you get a 4-1...
you cant compare the dimensions of the b16 manifold to the rage...they are nothing alike..
BTW the rage isnt even a 4-1 header...

That's a beefy *** header, never seen that. Is it safe having the crossmember sliced up like that?

i got the traction bar from here:
http://www.explicitspeedperformance.net/

i'm not all that crazy about the design, but it's plenty beefy, leaves plenty of room, and is much better than stock.

i don't have too many good pictures of the setup, but here's proof that the header fits with the koyo monster:

Most people just remove the cross member in favor of the traction control bar setup.

not really....you cant see it in the pic but i welded a contoured plate where i cut to add strength....i just did that temporarily so that i could run the header till i got my traction bar, but i ended up getting rid of the car before i got it,so it stayed that way...if you just leave it cut like that, its very dangerous..

what suspension are you running...ride height is going to be the determining factor here.
