Found that my 97 accord EVAP valve clicking (louder than the cylinder valves) after the car is turned on. I found this using a stethoscope. Is its clicking normal? or I need to replace it?

It's supposed to open & close while the engine runs. Since you needed a stethoscope to hear it, maybe it's not much louder than normal?

 

I can hear it by ear. But since there are multiple components in that area, I need to use a stethoscope to locate which one is clicking.

 

If it wasn't working, your CEL should come one. Maybe it'll go for a long time like that before it quits working. Check out what it costs. If it's cheap, get one. Or since it's relatively easy to get at, just keep an eye on it.

 

that's 100% normal. The PCS works on duty cycles so the rapid clicking your hearing is just the duty cycle. Say the computer tells it to run on 80%, it's going to be open 80% of the time. Hence the rapid clicking you are hearing from it
