ok so as most of u kno i just did my rear main seal and im getting everything put back together... well just to make sure everythings fine i started my car while it was up on the jackstands and both my front rotors started spinning?? When i push in the clutch it doesnt make'em stop or anything... They're not moving very fast but there still consistantly rotating... Also when I hit the gas my speedo climbed to like 10-15mph and i can honestly say that this has never happened before... I just did a search an came back with "its normal" but this has never happened before so how "normal" can it be...?? Anyone kno what may have caused this..?? my clutch and everything were reassembled correctly too..

 

it is normal
there is no resistance on the wheels, so they spin
put you slight pressure on them and they'll stop

 

Yea, wheel spin while they are in the air is fine. Their just sitting free.

 

yea its normal mine does it and yea when you hit the gas when it is in the air ther speedo is going to register because the wheels are spinning at that mph

 

OMG dude your car is gonna fly off!!!!! haha nah its no big deal. at least both of yours spin sometimes only my passenger one spins.
