GT Motoring @ Iowa Speedway NASA event DC5 and AP2 track pics!
Here are a few pics of our AP2 and DC5 on the new road course at Iowa Speedway. It's run partial on the oval, then road course on the infield. Very nice facility, and the track surface was good, even on the infield where alot of other courses have standard grade asphault, this has the same pavement as the oval.
I was generally impressed with both cars performance. Both cars have all new setups for this year and we still have alot to play with before we hit up all the Time Attacks.
Enjoy the pics!

Ill have to ask the my co-worker that drives it. I only took it around some of the track at a slower pace to check out a few things.
Both cars are on RG ( Racing Gear ) JTC N1 Bestex coilovers ( Japanese manufacturer) DC5 runs 14k springs in front and 18k in the rear. This is the same coilover system used on the winning DC5 Honda One Make Race in Japan. Ive used TONS of DC5 suspesnsions. This one by far is the best yet. Its the only one ive seen that the steering arm in the proper location, so there is ZERO bump steer.

Actually ran 16k and 20k on the old DC5 lol. If we run it on R comps, prolly be at those rates again. gotta play with them yet tho. New coilovers, so we're trying things.

i have no complaints w/ it on high speed corners besides the fact that the rear likes to slide out.
