Default Rust gotta hate it!!!

Is there a simple way of gettin rid of the classic honda rust spots in the back wheel wells?(Bondo, welding in new metal, anything i can buy to fix it) Can someone throw some ideas at me. Thanx

a new rear quarter panel, then weld, then bondo

you already named the stuff you need

Can i take the por-15 and go right over the rust or do i need to weld a new piece of sheet metal on then paint it?
