So, my STUPID ASS JDM ZC OBD1 IS IDLING AT 2500 AND I DONT KNOW WHY!!!!!
It's not the FITV, not the TPS, and no VACUUM LEAKS. I dont know if it's the IACV, but I dont know how to check it if it is. I dont know what else to do. My car is depressing me, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Help please??? and if I plugged up my iacv hole in the intake manifold and the car died wouldnt that mean I dont have a vacuum leak??
Is the throttle cable tight? What happens if you blip the throttle? And is the car fully warmed or cold during this problem?
are you running a chipped ecu? i had the same thing happen and the shop couldn't figure out why that was the case.
it was fixed once i changed the ecu for another one (using the same chip). seemed like my ecu just fried.

the zc is a basicly the same as all the other d series right? The IACV should be under the TB...
