Napa autoparts store/machine shop charged me $20 to remove and press in new ones
Save yourself from trying to take them on or off the car its a PITA...just take off the trailing arms and take it to your local machine shop

If you have the trailing arms taken off, removing the old bushings is VERY easy. You just hit them with a hammer. It's a taper fit, which means that its not like a normal press fit. Once you break the friction of the taper fit, they just pop out.
Same with installing new ones...just hammer on the edge of the bushing until it's seated.

You would need to use DA knuckles and swap the DC2 brake hardware on them. I did this on my CRX and I love the results!
