Default My Build Thread

When I first got the car in Feb 07

Then I got an RS grille, EP3 wheels, and new headlights.

Then I painted my old wheels, and put them on..

Then I got 2004-2005 Civic special edition wheels
Then I FINALLY got around to lowering it a little bit. Goldline springs, from an RSX

Then I bought some foglights

Then I got an RS front lip

Updates
After that I lowered it on Ground Controls I had laying around.

Then I did this...

Cost about $2700 dollars, once out the body shop, here's how it looked

Got the Type R style lip for a cheap, quick, replacement

Then new headlights
Then new seats
RSX-S front and rear leather seats
Then traded trunks with a friend

UPDATE since I'm bored lol

Painted my lights again

Got ready for Import Alliance!

Picture Ryan (mralbino) took for me

DIY City lights

K. Legaspi and I

K. Legaspi's lip on my car... for some reaason...
That's it for now

Just curious but can you do me a favor by measuring the height of all four corners? You do this by measuring from the ground to the fender arch. In theory, it's best to do this on level ground but i find slight inclines don't make too much of a diff.

Why did you color over your license plate on half of them but not the other half?

But in all actuality your car looks pimpen.

Haha thanks. If I edit a picture I normally cover the plate. But a lot of these aren't edited, or I didn't care. I used to always do it, for some reason..

Yeah I don't really get why people hid their license plate numbers its not like people don't see them every day. Ahh and yeah I liked the one you edited and put a bowl of rice on the license.

I was just wondering how high my car sits relative to other people's cars w/ the same lip kit...

i have the same lip kit but the car doesn't look quite the same..i think it's because of the ride height...my front end isn't quite as low as i want it to be

When you replaced your factory speakers, what were they? JBL, kenwood, no name? Was is difficult. Do you have the factory 6 disk stereo? If so, how did you add the sub and amp?
Thx,
Basethumper

The speakers are MTX and I have a smaller trunk setup now. Just one 10" MTX sub and an amp.
