need help.. car won't start
i bought this car about 6 months ago. drove it for 2 month then i hit a manhole that was sticking out 6inches above the ground. the oil pan broke. had to get it towed. i started it a couple time before it got towed and it started right up then i shut it right off. so i was happy. now i just got my parts the oil strainer(pickup), stages three clutch, 7lb flywheel, new upper a arm for both side, inner and outer tie rod for l&r, and lower ball joint.
the car won't start i checked for gas is it priming, checked for spark, check if there was any wires loose. and everything is fine. i only have one cv joint in which is the driver side, should this affect the car if i'm trying to start it. i really need help. starting a second job soon and i'm giving my girlfriend my db7. any help will be greatly appreciated. i will be up all night. i forgot to say that it's a d16y8 with a p28 ecu if that helps

did the oil light turn on when you tried to start it after the pan broke? if so, thats a good indication of your problem...

it turns over fine and there is spark. cap and rotor is new. but i did crank it a 3 times with out plugging the ecu because around my area there are ecu thieves. and i can't afford to spend money to get a new ecu.

yeah, but internal components will sieze without lubrication....its possible it didnt affect anything, but its also possible you scored the cylinder walls or toasted the bearings

i thought that from trying too much that i could have flood the engine with gas. so i let it sit over night and start it in the morning. still doesn't start. there is fuel pressure. so i can't think of anything else is bad the car rotor is good. wires are good. there's a half of tank of gas. so basically there's spark, fuel fuel pressure, cap and rotor is good. don't know what else to check for. i'm lost and need this to work. is there something i'm forgetting? please let me know.
well i get my clutch to day and there's a thunderstorm here. have to wait and see if it's the clutch that is giving me the starting problem. but that's the update for now.i went over the wiresing again an all the wires are in good shape and connected to everything it should. i was wondering could it be my map sensor? if that went bad by sitting around that could stop the engine from starting correct?
alright. update . i unplugged the injectors and turn the key. when i do that there's spark and it seems like it wants to start. then i plug the injectors back. it seems like it wants to start but then just gets flooded again. o can't figure out what's wrong. any one every had this problem?
