Hey anyone know if a leaky header could cause this error? I know a leaky exhaust manifold usually causes an O2 sensor error just wondering if it could cause it to throw an EGR insufient flow detected error code 80. I found a small hole in the crease of my header between the pipes for cyl 1 & 4 just before the O2 sensor. It's not bigt enough to hear the leak at idle but a spray of carbon has formed that is how I found the pin hole. I have checked my entire EGR system and all is working up to spec, so this is my last possible hope to cure my code 80 nightmare.
Anyone run into this before?

The code is actually tripped by the MAP sensor as the snitch of the operation.
I think it would have to be a large exhaust leak to throw the code.

I've done the cleaning thing in more detail than that link goes into. I removed my intake and did a full clean of everything and replaced all of the gaskets and seals. I have been told to replace the EGR but mine opens and closes under vacuum very easily. I think the only thing left is all the plastic crap over on the drivers side fender well. I'll have to look into checking that crap tonight. Thanks
Can you give me a link or elaborate a bit more on how the MAP triggers the code 80 error? I would like to figure out what is the cause of this error. Could the fact that I enlarged/bored the IM inlet and TB buy 4mm and ported the runners 2mm changing the vacuum : tps values and confusing the MAP???
Any more info would be greatly appreciated.
