steering wheel vibration
94 civic ex. steering had minor shake when bought. although only during highway speeds.
my buddy just recently hit a curb pretty hard with the rim/tire. now it slightly shakes at the 40mph mark. an once you reach 70-80ish the steering wheel shakes really hard. so..... i purchased a outer tie rod. lower ball joint. an new rotors and pads, for kicks.
is there anything else other than the alignment be off, tie rod bent or bad ball joint that would cause this?

Yes, you just need a balance + alignment and what the ppl above said. No new parts are needed to buy unless you smashed up on the curb and actually damaged some suspension parts or something..
If I hit a curb, my car would be totaled (3in. drop)
