i can't seem to ****** put my window back on the track. it came off the track a few days ago and i have time to fix it now, but i can't seem to do it. i unbolted it from the regulator because that's how i saw my friend doing it (wasn't the first time this has happened) and i was asking him how to do it but he was just bitching at me, so i'm left clueless on how to get the window back on the runners.

can anyone help me out?
