Las Vegas, Nevada; 1990 Honda CRX HF shell (uber gutted)
For sale...
The ***** Challenge, 1990 Honda CRX HF Chassis #6225
Car is located in Las Vegas, Nevada (NV).
Car was prestine until a recent theft. I rather not spend the time or energy rebuilding it.
The Good:
- Chassis has won numerous awards, been featured in Grassroots Motorsports, holds lap record at CalSpeedway, and the fastest AND best handling Las Vegas Honda, to date.
- The body is good condition, with minimal dents/dings/creases.
- has both doors and hatch, all with glass
- rear quarter panels are polycarbonite, driver side with a naca duct which fed into a fresh air system
- steering column and rack was in good working condition
- has GSR front brakes/knuckles, except for the hard lines, with Hawk HP+ brake pads
- has the lighter rear drums (rear discs on a CRX add 20lbs of weight, and don't decrease stopping distances).
- rear trailing arms have prothane bushings
- has four lovely spare wheels on it...
- has extended studs at all four corners.
- comes with wheel spacers
- front wheel hubs replaced in the past year
- I've thrown in some side mirrors, extra fuse box, engine harness for an ED, an engine harness for a OBD1 GSR, and another untaped harness for an ED
- Prelude MC (15/16") with SI booster
The Bad:
- title will be considered salvaged, since the insurance is involved with it.
- no engine, transmission
- no seats or dash
- chassis harness isn't the best, since it was cut up by thieves
- the idiot thieves covered up the prestine yellow paint, with crappy black rattle can
- no front shocks/springs/sway bar
- no rear shocks/springs/sway bar
- no steering wheel
- no front cross-member (it was cracked anyways).
- no rear lights or front corner/bumper lens
I'm asking $400obo.
Or... get the following...
Autopower bolt-in Roll-bar, $150/obo
for the rear suspension; $150
rear lower neuspeed tie bar; $40/obo
Front SI sway bar, $50/obo
rear ST sway bar and hardware, $100/obo
chipped P28 ecu, $80/obo
obd1 GSR distro, $100/obo
for $800 (will part out, for the prices listed)
add a set of konig quickk wheels/tires, $1000.
Or, if you want to clean out the storage shed of every imaginable honda part i have, $1200 firm.
$1200 includes everything above, plus a bunch of used GSR engine parts, brand new P30 pistons, a l3 transmission, muffler, axles, shift linkage, o2 sensor, injectors, bulbs, shift *****, etc. Basically everything I've acquired or bought over the last several years.
pick your poison.

Do it! Driven is a GOOD man, and doesn't bullshit, or screw people over. If he says it's good...myself, and several others on this site will vouch (that is..if you're not familiar with his reputation)
