there is a vacuum thing sticking out of the far right side of the intake manifold (DX). has ALOT OF SUCTION and when i plug it with my finger the car dies. what goes to that???

if the vacuum line port is in the center it goes to the evap valve, and if its in the back of the IM and on the drivers side, its to the cruise control, and if its on the back of the IM and on the passenger side, it goes to your fuel pressure regulator

 

yea its the one to the drives side. what should i do ? my car is a dx and there is no cruise control. when i plug it off thoug it dies out so i cant do that.
